This week
What a great week I have had back in school. It was strange being out at PGL last week and not seeing everyone, but was lovely to be back and to have beautiful weather! Year 6 had an excellent time last week at PGL and enjoyed all of their activities. This week has been good to walk around and see the children in lessons and so engaged and motivated. Next week, I will be doing a Maths learning walk to look at Maths across the school as that is one of our priorities for the year. We have had some issues with Labbubu, this week and children losing them, arguing over them and getting them dirty etc. Please can I ask that you do not let your child bring in a Labbubu, if they are seen in school they will be taken off of your child and returned at the end of the day. Thank you for your understanding with this. Have a lovely weekend.
Worship
On Monday, Rebecca came in to lead worship on Noah and the Ark. On Wednesday we had our RE day looking at The Big Frieze and thinking about the early bible stories. The children created some beautiful pieces of art work and I am looking forward to getting them up on display. Today, we had our first class worship and Norway blew us away with all the information they have been learning since the beginning of the year!
